Users do not have to register to use 3DPEA. Thus, all users are anonymous to us. We do not hold personally identifiable information to identify users.

The types of data we obtain and how we use them
- Purchase email address
- License
- Device name
- Device ID
We use purchase email to process refunds and unsubscribe requests, payment receipt, and your device name and ID to help you manage devices associated with your current license in the License Manager.
We will manage the license in case the user fails to save it in time after successful payment, or forgets the license during the use of the software. The monthly license and annual license are automatically renewed by default. If you need to cancel the automatic renewal, please contact us with purchase email via [email protected].

We employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Stripe
We use Stripe payment system for our checkout process and help us to prevent fraud or flag suspicious transactions.
